On Foodies
I admit that I’m inspired by the foodie revolution that’s spanned in America and is blossoming in some respects in England as well. Part of me loves it because it’s trendy, and I want to be cool. But another part of me respects food so much more now that I’ve gone through 5 years of weight loss. I want the best, and I don’t want to waste my money and calories on bad food. You know what I mean? But still there’s a special place in my heart for an oatmeal cream pie. Death can be damned.
